CUT LENGTHS Manufactured from Medical grade pvc, the tube is supplied in a range of standard cut lengths, each length fitted with soft, push-on connectors at both ends. The connectors adapt to a variety of associated items such as nasal cannulas, masks and supply fittings. The tube is sized at a nominal 4mm inside diameter and 5.8mm outside diameter and is available in a standard smooth lumen or a star lumen, crush resistant construction. The standard tube is pale green in colour, the option of a clear tube is also available. Each tube is enclosed in a pe bag with multiple tubes in an outer carton. Standard cut lengths are : 2 metre, 2.15m, 3m, 4.5m and 6m. Custom cut lengths are available to order. The product code has the style : OT for Oxygen Tube followed by the length (2) in metres and a suffix if applicable. The suffix “C” is added to indicate a clear, natural colour tube while “S” indicates a star lumen type tube. Typically :OT2 is a green oxygen tube, 2 metres long with smooth lumen; OT2C is a clear oxygen tube, 2 metres long with smooth lumen; OT2S is a green oxygen tube, 2 metres long with star lumen. CONTINUOUS ROLLS Manufactured from Medical grade pvc, the tube is supplied in continuous rolls with no end connectors. The tube is available in rolls of 10m and 30m and is sized at a nominal 5mm inside diameter by 7.4mm outside diameter. A bubble tube is also available in a 30m roll; the nominal tube dimensions are 3.7mm inside by 5.5mm outside diameters for the straight tube and a maximum 7mm inside by 11mm outside diameters for the bubble. The bubble is provided at 1metre intervals along the tube. Standard, the tube is provided in pale green; clear or other colours are available to order. The 10m rolls are individually bagged and packed 30 rolls to a carton; the 30m and 30m bubble rolls are individually boxed and packed 10 to a carton.

Manufactured from Medical grade pvc, the nasal cannula comprises a soft manifold moulded with nasal prongs for the delivery of breathing air or oxygen to the nasal passage. Soft connecting tubes for fitting over the ears together with an adjustable locating collar are designed to comfortably locate and retain the nasal manifold in position. A common gas supply connector is fitted with a taper adaptor for push-in connection to the oxygen supply tube end connector. Each cannula is single wrapped in a pe bag, supplied 100 per box. The connectors adapt to a variety of associated items such as suction devices, suction traps and wall fittings. The standard tube is sized at a nominal 5.5mm inside diameter, the heavy duty tube has a 6.8mm inside diameter. Suction tube is available in non-sterile and gamma sterile forms. Each non-sterile tube is single wrapped in a pe bag; the sterile tube is double wrapped in pe bag and peel pouch. Multiple tubes are packed in an outer carton, the number dependant on the length of the tube. Standard lengths are 1 metre, 2m, 3m, 4.5m and 6m in non-sterile and sterile forms. Other custom lengths are available to order. The product code has the style S for non-sterile and ST for sterile suction tube, followed by the length in metres and a suffix if applicable. The suffix “HD” is used to indicate the optional 6.8mm inside diameter tube and the suffix “F” for the optional funnel type connectors. For example : S3 describes a 3 metre long single wrapped non sterile suction tube of 5.5mm inside diameter with soft connectors; S3HD describes a 3 metre long non-sterile suction tube of 6.8mm inside diameter with soft connectors; ST3F describes a 3 metre long double wrapped sterile suction tube of 5.5mm inside diameter with funnel connectors. WIDE BORE TUBE A high suction, high flow suction tube is available for specific applications. The tube has been tested for a working suction pressure of minus 70 kilopascals or 525mm mercury. Other lengths of tube and end configurations can be supplied to order. Product codes are WBST25 for the sterile tube only and WBST25/S for the sterile tube fitted with a flow control swivel handle. CONTINUOUS ROLLS Manufactured from Medical grade pvc, the tube is supplied non sterile in continuous rolls with no end connectors. The tube is available in 30 metre rolls and is sized at a nominal 8mm inside diameter. A bubble tube is also available in a 30m roll; the nominal tube dimensions are 6.7mm inside diameter for the straight tube and 9.5mm inside diameter for the bubble. The bubble is provided at 1metre intervals along the tube. Standard, the tube is provided clear, with yellow and red available for specific applications. Other colours are available to order. The rolls of straight and bubble tube are packed either singly in a dispensing box or single wrapped in a pe bag and packed 4 rolls to a carton. Product codes are S30 for 30 metre suction tube with no affix for straight tube or a “B” for bubble tube. Optional colour tubes are identified by “Y” for yellow and “R” for red. |

Curettes are manufactured in a variety of sizes and styles. Sizes are in the range of 4mm outside diameter to 12mm outside diameter and the styles available are flexible Karman , straight rigid and curved rigid. All curettes have a standard end connection size which suits the connectors fitted to our wide bore suction tube and the optional swivel flow control handle available with the tube. All curettes are supplied gamma sterile in a single wrap peel pouch, packed in boxes of 10. Product codes are SC for suction curette with an affix “S” for straight, “C” for curved and “K” for Karman types. The outside diameter in mm completes the code. For example : SCC10 identifies a curved, rigid curette with a 10mm outside diameter. |

Fitted with soft, push on connectors at the supply end, the suction and irrigation tube ends are staggered to facilitate quick connection to a control valve. Identification of the tubes is provided with the irrigation tube having a smooth exterior/blue connector while the suction tube has a ribbed exterior/white connector.
